Now that you've got a couple of sea urchins on your spear, what do you do next? Warning: this is not for the squeamish. With your machete or heavy hunting knife, chop off the venomous spines. After which you can crack open the shell-like body as you would a squirming egg that has spines. And then, voila! Uni. Dip it in spicy vinegar and you've got yourself an excellent appetizer.
